It's me.....

I know this is super lazy of me....but ever since I started checking out Guanabee on a daily basis...I keep coming across stuff that reminds me of growing up in Texas as the whitest Mexican girl in my high school. I'm talking so much like a white girl, the other Mexicans didn't even speak to me. Ha!

Anyway.....back to the laziness......I'm always finding stuff on there that I want to share with y'all....besides....during boot camp...I'm doing cardio 6 days a week (yeah, right!) and weight training 3 times a week ( I actually do that) so my ass is tired and can't come up with anything entertaining to post on my own. Other than pictures of cute puppies, of course.

So...Guanabee has a post about this site.....that has a bunch of what they call "freejoles" (heh) .....computer icons that you can put on your Facebook page...or whatever else you might be into....

There are lots of them, but these are my favorites.

Boot Camp Ladies Night

Our "Boot Camp" is pretty organized.

We get printed handouts....there's an online forum...
we have to keep track of our workouts on a sheet that's in a public place
(the ladies' locker room at the gym)
and every two weeks we have "Ladies Night".

Sunday was our first one.
We met at Beef O' Brady's for dinner.

Of course I took pictures!

Suzie...our fearless leader, certified personal trainer
and mother of 3 year old twin boys
and an 18 month
old girl.

....and she's only 27!!!!

She'd just come from training someone at the gym.

Everyone ordered healthy food....what choice do you have

when your trainer is sitting at the the table, right?

This is week two....so far I'm enjoying it.
Today I met with Suzie and another "camper" for upper body
that lasted an hour...
then I did 45 minutes on the treadmill.

Tomorrow is lower body for an hour
and then an hour long yoga class.

Pray for me.

New Family Member!!!!!

Nah.....not a grandbaby...although that would be great too!

No...this is a new puppy!!!! Yea!!!!

Little Pissy and her fiance just picked up their new baby today.

He's a 'Shi-poo'....4 months old, 4 pounds, 10 inches long....

After today.....

I now know that I will never be this girl.....

Yoga is pretty cool....but I just suck at it.

About the only position I was able to hold was "the pencil"
where you just lie flat on the floor with your arms
straight over your head and your feet pointed.

....and as for "the archer" pose?

I look like something "the archer" shot when I try to do it!

Maybe I'll have better luck with Pilates.
