Saturday with Lla

I spent a lovely Saturday afternoon with Lla from Bad Fortune Cookie

She's pretty, blonde and fabulous,
but doesn't like to have her picture taken.

We went to an early showing of.....

it was silly and fun and we liked it.

(Notice I didn't say it was good....)


Then.....

we went to eat lunch at Belly General Store....
which is around the corner from Lla's favorite yarn shop

My afternoon in pictures*

Walked up to the shops in Decatur...

This one is my favorite.
I adore everything they have for sale.

While there, I purchased this card

as I stood at the cash register to pay for it,
the guy assisting me said
"YOU are so much sunshine to the square inch!"

I think he might have been flirting with me.
If so, he needs better material.

after going in a few more shops and buying nothing....

I've missed y'all

I've decided to come back to blogging....and keep blogging the way I have been since the start. I don't know if I could change at this point.

This blog....what y'all see on here...is pretty much ME....my personality....my sense of humor.....my snarkiness....my taste ...and lack thereof.....

So...for better or for worse.....here I go again.

I do want to thank you all SO much for your heartfelt comments.

They....and you....mean so much to me.

Y'all.......contrary to how it may appear here at the Southern Circle of Hell....it's not all pimped out babies and Zumba classes.

There is a LOT of serious shit going on in my life right now.

Things that.....at times....I wish I could blog about....but I can't because my daughters read this blog.....all three of them....and I wouldn't hurt them for the world.

So.....I'm checking out for a while.

But before I go, I want to apologize for not responding to comments the way I should...and for not visiting your blogs as much as I'd like....you know I love each and every one of you....so please don't think it's because I don't care.
