I did something today that I've never done before.
I totally forgot that I was supposed to be in Geneva (a town 45 minutes away) at 9:00 a.m. this morning to do DNA testing.
I was made aware of that when the phone rang at 9:00 a.m. and on the other end was a worker from Geneva Co. asking where I was.
Where was I?
I was at home.
In bed.
Asleep.
SHHHHHHIIIIIITTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!
I told her I'd be there at 10:00, and I managed to do just that.....but it wasn't pretty.
....And neither was I.
Don't beat yourself up to much Pissy. We all oversleep once in a while. I just hope you didn't have to work through lunch to catch up. Although lunch isn't as exciting as it used to be.

yes....Pissy I've done similar things and I too am amazed that I completely forget the event....like my daughter's birthday...can you imagine? I called her up and was just chatting away and she interrupts and says...You've forgotten today is my birthday haven't you?".....uh whoops. Hey I was on vacation who thinks about birthdays on vacation?
