I have officially lost 20 pounds!
Woot!
I'm down two pants sizes.....which is a big deal to me because I'm so pear-shaped.
So I'm especially pumped about that.
Also~ I've been offered a job at one of the biggest law firms in town.
I hadn't applied .....they knew me from my DA days and asked if I'd be interested.
I'm going to talk to them....see what they offer.
If it's decent, I'll consider it.
Mostly because I love the beautifully restored , lavishly furnished, two story antebellum house that is their office.
Can't y'all see me working at a place like that?

lady k: Yeah....I know what you mean...but in this case, the office is posh but the people who work there aren't really. Several of the women wear a "golf" type shirt with the firm logo on it and slacks everyday. I'm sure that gives you an idea of how not posh they are.
I can promise you that I won't be wearing that if I take a job there.
I have too many cute outfits to wear! ;-)

I've been busy traveling lately....things will slow down some for the next few months, I think. :)
