I made the mistake of downloading this song as my "holiday" ring tone.
What the hell was I thinking?!?!?!?
Of course now it's playing "five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred" times a day in my head!
*sigh*There's $2.49 down the drain....
...but on the upside....I'm super pumped about the Mickey Mouse wallpaper I downloaded for the holidays!

Now that's a $1.49 well spent!

Why did you do that to yourself? Ahhh - that song is only charming for the first five minutes, once a year- then it's just wearing. :(
ReplyDeleteOn the flip side, i love the mouse!
I need to figure out how to download myself a new ringtone. Do you offer a tutorial? Email me your class sign up sheet!
ReplyDeleteIs the song from Rent? I'm lost.
ReplyDeleteBig Pissy: We gotta get some 1990s dance tune stuck in your head...
ReplyDeleteHow about Black Box's Strike it Up? Actually, it was sung by Martha Wash but she didn't get credit at the time. It seems reasonable this anyway because that big a voice would have a hard time coming outta that little petite black lady in the video.
Or even better, La Bouche's Sweet Dreams?
Signgurl: Yes, that is the song from rent.
i dont have a cell phone..i think they are the work of the devil..or maybe just a republican..but if i ever get one the ring tone is not going to be any song..it will be me screaming at the top of my lungs"anser the fucking phone..your disturbing people.."
ReplyDeleteI figured you for a Mickey fan :)
ReplyDeleteI like Mickey, hey can you email me at beautifulseaside@yahoo.com. I have something to tell you.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, Pissy. Now that dang song is going to be stuck in my head and I haven't even heard it in months. For a while, it's all The Boy played around here... at least until he discovered "Bat Boy" and "Guys & Dolls".
ReplyDeleteMickey is cute.
Hey, I'm off to download a Dean Martin Xmas carol for my holiday ringtone! Cool!
Mickey Rules!!! But the ringtone, I could certainly live without.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Sunshine. Please teach me how to use my cell phone. It's all I can do to operate my toaster oven.
ReplyDeleteI don't own a cell phone, but if I did I would now know to avoid using that as a ring tone haha thanks!
ReplyDeleteI used to have Flight of the Valkyries as my ring tone on my old cell phone. Currently i have this really bad techno song, that sucks ass, on my new cell phone. I've never attempted to down load a ring tone for my phone. Call it the technophobe in me.
ReplyDeleteSo where's that mobile number of yours so we can ALL call you multiple times a day? Huh?
ReplyDeleteDid you get that Buffy ringtone yet? It's great all year round ;)
ReplyDeletelittle p: I KNOW! ....it seemed like a good idea at the time....
ReplyDeleteI love the mouse too...so perky! :)
sunshine: I offer tutorials only to those who have the same phone I have....
The sign up sheet is at the back of the class. ;-)
jenn: Yep....Rent. Sorry.
arc: those ARE some good ones. I'll have to check and see if T-Mobile offers those.
jackiesue: I like your idea! You should market that! ;-)
mr fab: only in small doses ;-)
babygirl: done!
kc: Sorry! I really like that song....or at least I used to. :(
Dean Martin...that's a great idea. :)
fuzz: I agree with you...I'm changing it....just haven't decided to what~yet.
mist: The new semester starts in January. Sign up now before the class fills up.
Bring your toaster oven.
We'll make cheese toast.
phats: It really surprises me that you don't have a cell phone!
corky: I was bored one evening and started pushiing buttons on my cell phone. Eventually I figured out how to do it.
I still consider myself a technophobe. ;-)
dutchie: I was wondering when somebody was gonna ask me that! ;-)
nonny: Oooohhhhh....Buffy! I'll have to look for that!
i only use ringers on my phone to avoid brainprinting like that
ReplyDeleteI hate the telephone, I almost got rid of my home phone
ReplyDeletecadbury: "Brainprinting"...I've never heard it referred to that way before...only as "earworms". ;-)
ReplyDeletephats: Wow! You REALLY don't like the phone. We don't have a house phone. haven't for several years.
Here you can find lots of information about pills.
