I'm Elmer and I work at pacificadvance.com, a company interested in blog advertizing. I found your blog southerncircleofhell.blogspot.com engaging and I'm contacting you to ask if you are interested in blog post sponsorship.
If you are interested, kindly mail back (elmer@pacificadvance.com) and I'll send you pricing details, guidelines and processes. Looking forward to doing business with you.
Maybe you should work up to carrying the heavy trays of drinks rather than starting with heavy. :) I love her comics! They are always so funny! Feel better soon.
Pissy, this "weight" you were lifting, did it have a beer label on it? :-)
I checked out pacificadvance.com, and apparently it's one of those payday loan companies. Whoever this Elmer guy is, he's spammed at least 52 other web sites with the same message. I guess he got tired of huntings wabbits, huhhuhhuhhuh...
It's hard to hold back in the gym when the adrenaline starts to flow. I have to remind myself that I'm old and that stuff breaks, to take it easy- that I'd look pretty foolish if the hotel staff had to carry me out on a stretcher...
A pulled bicep should only take 3 or 4 days to stop hurting. But go really easy on it for the next month.
For starters....just call me "Pissy". The "Big" is just to distinguish me from my youngest daughter who is basically a 28 year old smarter, prettier version of me. Ok then....I'm a Southern smart-ass, lets just get that out of the way right now. I've been described as grumpy, opinionated, "pissy" and funny. And that was by people who love me. Imagine what people who hate me say. Bitches....
I think we might be too old to be doing shit like that girl...knock it the hell off! lol

ReplyDeletebig tex: Nah...I don't drink beer...but I can see how that doing so could turn into a "high use injury". ;-)

wisdomstuff: C'mon down! ;-)
ReplyDeleteOW! I pulled a muscle in my tricep a couple weeks ago, so I feel for ya. Hard to pick up that wine glass with a sore arm. :-(

Ooh, I hope you still talk to us after Elmer makes you rich and famous.
ReplyDeleteWell...stop lifting small cars and you won't pull that muscle. And the cure for that is red wine..just use a straw, no lifting required.
ReplyDeleteFeel better.
ha! I wanna be the friend who says screw exercise and is off to have a libation!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's got to hurt.
ReplyDeleteBy the way Elmer is a spammer.
