A visitor enjoys "Fish Therapy" in a hotspring bathing pool at the Sanya Pearl River Nantian Hotspring Resort in south China's Hainan island province May 17, 2008. The hot spring water softens dead skin cells, which are nibbled off by the fish. Picture taken on May 17, 2008.
REUTERS/Victor Fraile (CHINAThere will be NO fish nibbling "dead skin cells" off of ME!
The very IDEA of it creeps me out....forget actually letting it happen willingly!
EWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm gonna have nightmares about this.....

I haven't been in a lake since one, single fish kept biting me. I couldn't imagine hundreds of them nibbling on me. Yikes.
ReplyDeleteIf I want my dead skin cells off, I'll go get microdermabrasion. Maybe I'm selfish in not wanting to feed fish...but...ICK!!! What fish besides prawnas eat people? ICK!!!
ReplyDeleteDidn't willy have that done on Ugly Betty? Ew - I bet it is very uncomfortable! :(
ReplyDeleteare crabs an option or just fish??
ReplyDeletei'd be afraid they would swim up my suit and ...well, you know..?..ick!
ReplyDeleteI had the same thought, BP. I'll remove those dead skin cells with a loofa.
ReplyDeleteI HEARD about that!! It was on the view or Today show or something not too long ago.
ReplyDeleteThey say it's better that ANY other treatment. But you know what? Eve will take her dry feet as that is just fucking SICK!
that must tickle. i hate being tickled.
ReplyDeleteThat is beyond vile.
ReplyDeleteWhen I want the dead skin cells bye-bye and am too lazy to do it myself - hello, spa?
So it's this generation's version of "Chinese Water Torture"?
ReplyDeleteWell, at least it isn't leaches. Mwwaahahaha!!!
ReplyDeleteBut, no. I'm with you on this one!
That made my skin crawl.
ReplyDeleteGa-ross.
OMG. I think the fish would bloat up and die if they ate all the dead skin off my feet and legs. Then I'd more than likely have to pay for new fish. Forget that.
ReplyDeleteThat's why God created the PedEgg :-)
ReplyDeleteomg.. NO.
ReplyDeletenibbley fish... thats bait right there.
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
ReplyDeleteI spect they pay for that too!
That's sick!!! You can come lay down in front of my fish tank & I'll just try to rub the dead skin off with my tongue.
ReplyDeleteMeh ... I could do that. Zero problem.
ReplyDeleteNow if it was a tub full of "harmless" spiders ... I'd scream like a little girl.
Snakes and lizards (or fish) and I'm fine.
Go figure
Ugh. I'll keep my dead skin cells, thankyouverymuch...
ReplyDeleteI'd do it...once.
ReplyDeleteIt's the circle of life, man! The fish eat our skin, we eat fish.
I wonder how many freaks stick their junk in the water.
ReplyDeleteEWWWWWWWWWW!! I'm glad my mother didn't see this b/f she went to the Spa she's at as we speak. She was being difficult enough about the idea of being pampered! gah.
ReplyDeleteI've seen advertisements for that.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather puke.
In fact, I think I will right now.
That is crazy. I freak out when a fish accidentally bumps into me at the beach. I can't imagine a whole school of them attacking me.
ReplyDeleteewwww - no wonder it gave Gaddy a flashback!
ReplyDeleteUgggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
