    It shouldn't be hard (well, maybe), but whether it's difficult or easy to find those five people and kind words to say to them, it's certainly a great goal! Good luck!

    I really, REALLY try to be positive and complimentary in general. I take note when people are trying new shoes or a new hair style and I say how much I like it. Cause even if I don't I applaud them for giving it a go-reaching beyond their comfort zone.

    Plus, positive happy breeds positive happy. Which is all good! :)
