Let's back up

That post I did the other day?

The one about saying sweet things to five people?

Do dogs count?

If not, I only managed to say sweet things to three people

Personally I think dogs should count.

Most of the time they're much nicer than people.

Spending the day with Baby V yesterday was so much fun.

We had a great time together.

I brought her a stuffed puppy.

I think she liked it.

Of course I put her hair in pig tails again.

It just looks so fabulously cute!

Anybody know where I can get one of these?

Received a very nice email yesterday from the people-of-the-big-house asking for my references (I had offered to give them references when I met with them).

I'm cautiously optimistic about that being a good sign.

We shall see. :)

  3. Sweet things to 3 people? You're 3 up on me! ;)

Love the pigtails..although that's not what I'd call 'em. Actually, I'm not sure what I'd call 'em!

Can't wait to hear good news about the Big House. :)

  4. People say nice things in the south? Hmm, well they do always compliment the looks and behavior of my dog, I've really got to say that's been about it.

  5. You are the most perfect Human Being ever for that job and their family couldn't be in more loving hands.

  6. And how do the three humans reply to your approach? I assume the dogs just accepted unconditional love...

  7. ABSOLUTELY dogs count! And they appreciate the kindness more than people too.

Regarding the Big House job? Get ready Pissy... the offer is coming, I can feel it. And Casa Hice knows all. Trust me.

  11. Sage: thanks, buddy! :)

Jackie Sue: I think so too! Thanks! and yeah, it sort of does sound like I'm wanting a prison job, doesn't it?!?!? LOL

Violet: LOL I generally am nice and friendly to people until they give me a reason not to be.

As for the baby's hair....I guess "pigtails" isn't quite right. They're not braided. High ponytails, maybe? Her 4 year old brother calls them "flowers" LOL

Brian: So the people in South Carolina aren't nice to you, huh? I'm sorry. I have to say that people here in Atlanta aren't automatically nice like they are in lower Alabama. Big city thing, I guess.

dave: the humans were pleased and the dogs accepted with big wags. :)

Alix: you are so right about dogs! :)

I hope you're right about the job, too. :)

    Catsy: Thanks! I hope you're right. :)

Whitenoise: She is! :) Thanks! :)

Cad: She totally is and she knows it! ;-)

What a sweet thing to say! I'm trying to be positive. Guess it's coming through in the blog. :)
