My office computer
That sweet kitty, Top Cat, made a request on his blog the other day. He asked that we post a pic of our work space~the place where we did blogging, etc.
This is a small corner of my desk at work. I check in and out on everybody's blogs from here during the day. Sometimes when I'm having one of those don't-give-a-shit-days, I'll post from here too. I wasn't able to post more pictures of my office because I have pictures of my family everywhere. Wasn't possible to crop them out.
Anyway, this is where the magic happens Monday through Friday~8-5
Exciting, I know.
This sign hangs on the wall above my keyboard (and over a bulletin board loaded with pictures). My co-workers gave it to me for my birthday one year.
The people the message is intended for don't get it.
I get a kick out of that.
That's pretty tidy. I'm impressed.

my office workspace is really colorful~ you just can't really tell from that picture.
My workspace at home is a counter in the family room/kitchen...

Well, there was that one time that Weezer dressed my topiary up like Mr. Potato Head~ but that was funny!
buddha girl, that is some funny shit. My mother is compulsive. I used to rearrange her spice rack (ie: turn labels around, take them out of alphabetical order, etc) on purpose just to freak her out. I also used to leave just a scant drop of orange juice in the container and put it back in the fridge, because I knew it made her insane.

ReplyDeleteI love my sign. It's hard to teel from the pic, but it's on some kind of old wood, kinda washed looking...and framed out the same way. I found it at an antique mall. After I made sure it was ok to hang it in my office,my co-workers got it for me for my b'day a couple of years ago. I also have a sign in here that says: "Be careful how you address the queen"..... hee hee!
