This is how I spend every sunny weekend in Hell......at the pool while Sweet Man plays golf.

Do you like your Beetle? It reminds me of my first car; a 68 VW blue Bug. It was low maintenance and got great gas mileage; I regret selling it after 12-years for an American gas guzzler. And your bathing suit does match your car!
Mr. Mandingo doesn’t look particularly evil; that’s a sh*#*t eating, lecherous grin on his face. Does he join you by the pool every weekend? He’s no doubt a very quiet companion to have around.

I LOVE my Beetle! Sweet Man had one for his first car too. Paid $3000 for it brand new! How times have changed, huh?
Yeah, I'm thinking Mr. Mandingo was enjoying his float just a little too much, if ya know what I mean....
I don't normally take him to the pool with me. He burns too easily.

monk: it is pretty great~most of the time. It never really gets crowded, so that's good. Sometimes I have the whole place to myself!
nowhere girl: Heh! I love my Beetle and considered getting a convertible for about half a second. It's just too freakin' hot here most of the time. I'd never have the top down! The verts are too cute though!
thanks for asking about City. She and Zach have been housesitting for a friend of her's who is on a mission trip to Africa for two weeks. City felt it best to get out of the MIL's house since she had the opportunity. Sadly, the friend doesn't have the internet at her house!!!! Can you believe it?!?!?
City is having withdrawals about that, but what do you do????
She'll be here at the casa this Thursday and will stay until the following Wednesday. Should be fun!
Now, that is one frog that I would much rather have in my swimming pool than my toilet!

Enjoyed the pics - especially since it's been a cold rainy weekend here. We actually had the furnace running yesterday!
That Repel makes me laugh! We buy it too. Ours is such a high number that I feel guilty spraying it on my kiddo. It's like West Nile or bad chemicals? We saw a bug today that was this cool lilac/greenish iridescent color. Yes, my little one FREAKED out!! You have such a nice skin tone too!

Great choice of reading material Pissy! That pool looks alot like the one at my sister's development. And Mr. Mandingo and his friend look stoned. So they probably won't have enough motivation to actually put into action anything they've been plotting.
