I've eaten Jamaican food before, but I don't think I had the goat. Had some jerked chicken that was pretty good. Are you sure goat doesn't taste like chicken?

yeah, it might be a Texas thing - when it's seasoned properly, it's a gorgeous meat, really. I wouldn't eat it every day, but every once in a while I get a wild hankering for it...
